A fully expandable system
Holistic Growth
The SipR ecosystem is easily expandable. If the number of clients surpasses the link capabilities of a Media Relay, a secondary or more virtual relay’s can be simply added to the load balanced cluster for additional delivery support.
For channel additions, regardless of location, any of the CoralCoder or M.aX family encoder/transcoders can be used to provide sources to the entire ecosystem.
User Case
This diagram demonstrates a standard set up for multiple incoming instances, including multiple camera remote studio production using Coral servers, SNG single camera application with outgoing and return feed with the MaX hardware over Starlink.
The architecture utilises media relays and load balancers in the ‘London HQ’. In the case of BBC expansion this could be the blueprint of each major hub.
